What to Expect
Step 1
Select your preferred visit time online and submit your pet’s information from the comfort of home This is not an appointment time but a general idea of when to arrive. You will receive text messages should your visit time change due to unforeseen circumstances. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Step 2
Arrive at our office, help yourself to a snack/beverage and a team member will be with you to take you and your pet into an exam room for vitals and a history of what has been going on with your pet.

Step 3
The care team will partner with you to discuss what’s going on with your pet and how we can help.

Step 4
Your pet is treated, lots of hugs and cuddles are provided, you are sent home with the appropriate medications and or an explanation of what happened during the visit and what the next steps are. We will always send a report to you as well as your family vet so they are aware that your pet had a visit to see our team.

He was in cardiac arrest at one point and non-responsive to sound and light….I myself have been in that situation and the wife brought me back with CPR….and then major brain surgery so my two little guys are my life line……the amount of drugs and advice etc is like finding the holy grail….There are few doctors in the world that have HALOs and these women’s halos shine bright…Thor is still very weak but he is moving around now and decided to pee on the dog pads to announce his return. If you have never had Siamese cats before you will not understand the bond they have with their owners…..one lady said it best last night……they are literally living cat-dogs. I had to laugh since that hit so true to the heart. There is a huge red button on their website that lays it all out there for you to get you and your pet the quickest possible help. Those reviews should be disregarded and not taken into consideration when considering taking your pet here. This groups of staff is genuinely here to help and you can tell they will go above and beyond to make sure you as the pet owner and pet are taken care of. Pre checked in or not. Think of it like airport TSA pre check, but for animals lol, if you have that, you’ll move quicker. If you don’t then you get to go through the standard process. Not to mention this is a small business doing the Lords work for our sweet babies, with a staff of just a few! Be kindOur experience couldn’t have gone better. From my first phone call about pricing, online check in, arrival, being seen, diagnostics, and treatment, everything was great. You can tell this staff truly loves their jobs, they love the wellbeing of animals, they are SO friendly and kind, and they’re not pushy if you as the owner feel like you don’t agree with some portion of your care plan. They are there to work with YOU for what’s best for your fur baby and getting the very best outcome. Costs were explained up front and we were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Mission Vet Urgent Care’s digital queue system allows clients to join a virtual line without having to physically wait in line. Clients can join the line from anywhere, using their mobile device, computer, or other device. Once you select a time in the queue, you can go about your day, and come in when it is their turn to be served. You will also receive notifications when your turn is approaching.
